Delta‑Cast Prints offers a range of patterned, fibreglass‑free casting tapes designed for external rigid immobilisation. The polyester substrate provides consistent handling and conformability, while the variety of available designs allows patients of different ages to personalise their cast during treatment.
Fit & Application
- Creates an anatomical cast that conforms closely to body contours due to three‑dimensional stretch

Strength & Imaging
- Forms a strong cast that is weight-bearing after approximately 20 minutes

- Cured casts can be removed with cast saws and up to four layers with cast scissors
- Polyester substrate creates less respirable dust during removal with oscillating cast saws compared to fibreglass or plaster of Paris‑based casts
